Healing is personal, and it deserves to be treated that way. By not partnering with insurance companies, I can ensure my clients receive the most customized, holistic care.

90 Minute Initial Session: $220
50 Minute Follow-Up Session: $165
80 Minute Follow-Up Session: $192.50
All rates are consistent for individuals or couples.
Rates are reviewed annually and subject to change at the sole discretion of Sunday Therapy LLC. To the best of my ability, clients will be provided advanced notice of all adjustments in cost prior to services being conducted.

Your Questions are Important

All private health information (PHI) and client records are stored in a HIPAA-secure platform, Simple Practice.
Your information will never be shared without your explicit verbal and/or written consent unless there is a substantial concern for your safety and/or the safety of others or it is otherwise allowed or required by law.

A minimum 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling and cancellation of appointments.
This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you will forfeit that time and the appointment will end as scheduled. I do understand that emergencies happen, please notify me immediately upon the need for cancellation in urgent matters via your Simple Practice Client Portal, via email at hello@therapyatsunday.com or via phone/text at (612) 234-5277.
You will be provided a one-time pass for the first late cancel or missed appointment. For all subsequent late cancellations or missed sessions, a charge will be made to the payment method on file for the entire session fee or a paper bill will be mailed directly to you at the address on file.

All payments are processed through Simple Practice with payment required at the time of session.

No, not at this time. I am a fee-for-service provider. You can choose to submit a request for reimbursement on your own and a detailed invoice or superbill can be provided.
Of note, I am a contracted provider with Spring Health Employee Assistance Program. If your employer partners with Spring Health, please schedule through their platform. Utilizing your Spring Health benefits through your employer does support you in billing your insurance.

No, it is advised that you request support from your medical provider for all FMLA or disability paperwork.

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA benefits for payment in session. You are responsible for all verification requests from your insurance or third-party system should they require additional documentation.
